Completed in February 2025 in partnership with Khmer Enterprise, Season 2 of the Unipreneur Educator Programme empowered a cohort of Cambodian university lecturers and researchers to transition from traditional teaching to high-impact startup coaching.
Designed as a "Train-the-Trainer" programme, the intensive bootcamp equipped faculty members with the toolkits to bring entrepreneurship education to schools across Cambodia. Participants mastered industry-standard frameworks—including the Validation Board and Business Model Canvas—to guide students from initial ideation to investment-ready pitches. A core focus was shifting the pedagogical approach from "instruction" to "mentorship," specifically training educators to help students validate problems before formulating solutions.
Key outcomes included the adoption of digital collaboration tools like Miro for classroom use and the establishment of a cross-university support network. Newly certified educators are now deployed to mentor student teams for the upcoming national startup hackathon, directly strengthening the pipeline of the Cambodian innovation ecosystem.
