A 3.5-hour workshop that served as the first round of a sustainability-themed case challenge, where participants formed teams to create solutions that tackled climate change. Participants were led through the entire design-thinking process, from learning to empathise with users and craft problem statements, to generating diverse solutions and building rapid, low-fidelity prototypes. Participants applied iterative testing to refine their ideas and shaped their findings into a compelling, pitch-ready narrative.
